el\u00e9ctricos importados\n<\/h2>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-f07902b elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"f07902b\" elementor-clearfix\"><div>M\u00e9xico libera los aranceles a la importaci\u00f3n de veh\u00edculos el\u00e9ctricos en Decreto a partir del pasado 3 de septiembre de 2020, con el Decreto que modifica la Tarifa de la Ley de Impuestos Generales de Importaci\u00f3n y Exportaci\u00f3n, con la finalidad de promover la disminuci\u00f3n de gases contaminantes en territorio mexicano.<\/div><div>\u00a0<\/div><div>De igual manera el gobierno mexicano planea incentivar con esto la comercializaci\u00f3n y compra de veh\u00edculos el\u00e9ctricos y crear conciencia ambiental de la mano de la Secretar\u00eda de Econom\u00eda.<\/div><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-inner-section elementor-element elementor-element-b85e515 elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"b85e515\" data-element_type=\"section\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div nuevos de turismo y dem\u00e1s veh\u00edculos autom\u00f3viles concebidos principalmente para el transporte de personas, incluidos los veh\u00edculos del tipo familiar (\u201cbreak\u201d o \u201cstation wagon\u201d) y los de carreras.<\/li><li>Veh\u00edculos el\u00e9ctricos nuevos para el transporte de mercanc\u00edas.<\/li><\/ul><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-50 elementor-inner-column international regulations:<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>With regard to air transportation, we find annex 18 of the ICAO (International Civil Aviation Organization), regarding European regulations we find EU Regulation No. 965\/2012, in the same way, the IATA regulation (Association of International Air Transport) that applies directly to the transport of hazardous materials internationally in air transport.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Regarding maritime transport, we find the IMO (International Maritime Organization), whose main function is to establish a system of international collaboration with the Member States, in matters of regulation of transport of dangerous goods, etc. Which grants an International Maritime Dangerous Goods Code (IMDG code).<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/section><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/section><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<section Where the use that the transport units must have is mentioned mainly, in this case the maritime and area for the transport of dangerous goods.<\/p><p>The Material Safety Data Sheet or Safety Sheet for its acronym MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet), is an important document that in a very complete way informs about the required precautions and the measures to be taken in cases of emergency regarding the products commonly called dangerous.<\/p><p>This document is regulated by the American international standard OSHA Standard 29 CFR 1910.1200, European REACH Regulation (CE) No. 1907\/2006 and NOM-018-STPS-2015.<\/p><p>In the regulation UNE 38.3 Lithium Metal and Lithium Ion Batteries the procedures to be followed for the classification of lithium metal and lithium ion cells and batteries are presented.<\/p><p>VERICENTRUM advises you in Mexico, or through its representative office in Shanghai, China, to certify in an accredited and recognized Chinese laboratory, the automotive battery modules, to obtain the pre-shipment and transport certifications, guaranteeing the acceptance of the shipping companies or airlines, for the safety of these dangerous a\u00e9reo se encuentra regulado por las siguientes normatividades internacionales:<\/div><div>\u00a0<\/div><div>Con respecto a la transportaci\u00f3n a\u00e9rea encontramos el anexo 18 de la OACI (Organizaci\u00f3n de Aviaci\u00f3n Civil Internacional), en cuanto a la normativa europea encontramos el Reglamento UE N\u00b0 965\/2012, de igual manera se debe tener contemplado el reglamento IATA (Asociaci\u00f3n de Transporte A\u00e9reo Internacional) que le aplica directamente al transporte de materiales peligrosos a nivel internacional en el transporte a\u00e9reo.<\/div><div>\u00a0<\/div><div>En cuanto al transporte mar\u00edtimo encontramos a la OMI (Organizaci\u00f3n Mar\u00edtima Internacional), que como principal funci\u00f3n tiene la de establecer un sistema de colaboraci\u00f3n internacional con los Estados miembros, en materia de reglamentaci\u00f3n de transporte de mercanc\u00edas peligrosas, etc. La cual otorga un C\u00f3digo Mar\u00edtimo Internacional de Mercanc\u00edas Peligrosas (c\u00f3digo IMDG).<\/div><div><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/div><div><p>Respecto a M\u00e9xico encontramos la NOM-004-SCT-2008 Sistemas de identificaci\u00f3n de unidades destinadas al transporte de substancias, materiales y residuos peligrosos. Donde se menciona principalmente el uso que deben tener las unidades de transporte, en este caso la mar\u00edtima y \u00e1rea para el transporte de mercanc\u00edas peligrosas.<\/p><p>La hoja de Datos de Seguridad de Materiales o Ficha de Seguridad por sus siglas\u00a0<strong>MSDS (Material Safety Data\u00a0<\/strong><strong>Sheet<\/strong><strong>),\u00a0<\/strong>es un importante documento que de manera muy completa informa acerca de las precauciones requeridas y las medidas a tomar en casos de emergencia respecto a los productos com\u00fanmente llamados peligrosos.<\/p><p>Este documento esta regulado por la norma internacional estadounidense OSHA Norma 29 CFR 1910.1200, europea REACH Reglamento (CE) N\u00b0 1907\/2006 y la NOM-018-STPS-2015.<\/p><p>En la regulaci\u00f3n\u00a0<strong>UNE 38.3 Bater\u00edas de Metal Litio y de\u00a0<\/strong><strong>I\u00f3n<\/strong><strong>\u00a0Litio<\/strong>\u00a0se presentan los procedimientos que han de seguirse para la clasificaci\u00f3n de las pilas y bater\u00edas de metal litio y i\u00f3n litio.<\/p><p><strong>VERICENTRUM<\/strong> le asesora en M\u00e9xico, o a trav\u00e9s de su oficina de representaci\u00f3n en Shangh\u00e1i, China, para certificar en laboratorio chino acreditado y reconocido, los m\u00f3dulos de las bater\u00edas automotrices, para obtener las certificaciones previas al embarque y transporte, garantizando la aceptaci\u00f3n de las navieras o l\u00edneas a\u00e9reas, por la seguridad de estos productos
